Product Condition: To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging, as received.

Shipping: After approval, we will provide a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and attach the label. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether it meets our return criteria.
Refund Approval: If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), partial refunds may be issued.
